Most people have very busy lives. Trying to find time to do everything can be quite challenging. Everyone knows that they should be exercising on a regular basis but sometimes it can be overwhelming. We all ask the same questions: Am I doing this exercise right? Is my workout getting me to where I want to go? Do I have enough time? Do I need a change? Does this program fit my schedule and lifestyle? If you have asked yourself any of these questions, then maybe its time to hire a personal trainer.

That's where I come in!

Everyone's fitness needs are different. I work with each client by giving them a comprehensive fitness assessment. This assessment helps evaluate your current fitness level, identifying your own particular areas of strength and weakness. We will assess Strength, Flexibility, Cardiovascular Endurance and Body Composition.

Based on the fitness assessment and goals, I will prescribe a combination of workout exercises that will optimize time invested in the gym. I will custom design a program that will maximize results while minimizing time. Each workout will vary in Frequency, Intensity, Duration and Mode.

Nutrition also plays a major role in the results you receive from exercise. I will go over basic nutritional guidelines to help you get the most out of your time invested.
